   SECURE ALARMS - SALES PROFILE

Secure Alarms Showroom
In 1989 a purpose built training room was constructed to ensure engineers received qualified and documented training in each stage of their career.  This quality program continues today with every advance in technology.

Providing our customers with an assurance of good service has always been and always will be our firm commitment.

Certificates The showroom provides our clients the opportunity to view the many products on sale, to personally meet the sales/technical staff, talk through their specifications and the options available. A personal touch makes all the difference when compared to companies operating from blank, impersonal office blocks.
Sales Policy (and fully comprehensive guarantee)
Secure Alarms always sell their systems outright. We provide a 24 hour, 365 day guarantee. Beware, most of our competitors infer a one year guarantee but only operate their guarantee during office hours, Monday to Friday and charge excess outside office hours during the first year's guarantee.  Many also retain Company ownership of the remote signalling devices - check their small print. National companies generally rent all or part of their systems.
Purchasing
Wherever possible we always prefer to use British made quality equipment manufactured by companies certificated to BS5750/ISO9000

INTRUDER ALARMS - HOUSEHOLD AND COMMERCIAL PREMISES

Audible Only Alarms

House

Audible alarms have proved to be an excellent and most effective way to protect your property. The siren
box provides visual deterrence to any potential intruder by advertising your alarm system.  Upon activation the siren sounds for a maximum of 20 minutes to deter intruders on site. Bell box

Remote Signalling Alarms

For many premises a siren and strobe are all that is necessary to attract attention to an alarm activation.  You may find it desirable, however, to alert an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) when the alarm has been activated.

This is achieved via a digital dialler or radio based service which links your alarm directly to the ARC.  Upon receipt of an alarm activation the ARC will take appropriate action on your behalf.
